What are your shipping fees?

Menari currently uses DHL or Poslaju shipping to deliver packages. All packages ship for free when you spend certain amount or more. Shipping costs are determined by which region the package is being delivered to. View below for the cost of delivery to your region.

How quickly will my orders ship?

We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Upon shipment, a notification email will be sent to the email address you provided along with the tracking number.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account. If you did not create an account during checkout, you can track the status of your order via the order tracking page. If you have a question about your order, please contact us using the contact form at the contact page, or by sending an email to [email protected] Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How are your products packaged?

In our quest to be as eco-friendly as possible, our products come with minimal packaging. No unnecessary branding – even on the product itself.

Your entire order will be carefully packed using used boxes, bubble wraps, newspapers, etc as padding materials.

With time, we hope to change the way we view candles (and retail in general), while working to support the craft and design community.

What are your returns & refund policy?

Returns

  • Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
  • We do not issue returns for poor choice.
  • Cost of returns shall be borne by you.
  • Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
  • Depending on your mode of payment, refunds can take up 28 business days to complete.

 

Cancellations

Order cancellation is subject to the status of your order.

  • If your order status is still “Processing”, you may cancel your order and claim a refund.
  • Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment.
  • Depending on your mode of payment, refunds go into a queue and may take up 28 business days to complete.
